Pancha Bootha temples

According to Hinduism life of various species originated by five elements of nature namely air, water, fire, land and sky. The five elements are believed to be enshrined in the five shiva temple’s lingams and each of the shiva temple’s lingams representing one of five elements and lingam’s distant names are based on the elements they represent.
