Thirunageswaram Temple

Thirunageswaram temple is located in kumbakonam and this is one among the Navagraha temples. This temple is famous for Rahu bhagawan. People who have Rahu problems in their horoscope will come here. It is best to visit this temple on Sunday between 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm for better result. There are several denomination tickets sold by the devasthanam for attending this pooja. Before attending the pooja temple priests will do sankalpam by asking our name, rashi and nakshatra. During this pooja devotees are made to assemble in the hall before the rahu bhagawan and priests will chant slogams and mantras to lord and then priest offers milk abhishekam to rahu bhagawan. During the milk abhishekam you can see white milk would appear blue color on the statue and when milk reaches the ground the milk will be in white color. After this temple priest will offer milk and prasadam bag. After attending this temple and performing pooja you can see a positive change in life for sure.
